4. Warranty Claims Process

3.Return the Item

TWOPIGEON will pay for freight if problem from TWOPIGEON and covers shipping for the repaired item back to you

 

5. Man-made Damage & Repair Costs

If the product was damaged due to improper use:

Customer must cover:

Replacement parts

Repair services

Shipping costs (both directions)

If the product is severely damaged and non-repairable, repair and shipping costs are not covered.

 

6. Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives incorrect,please contact with us immediately,we will answer within 24-48hours.

Missing ItemsWe will ship missing accessories free of charge within the warranty period.

Incorrect ItemsYou may choose:A full refund, or A replacement product (subject to availability)

Change of mind after parcel arrived

No longer needed
Customer is responsible for shipping fees

10. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days to the original payment method

If the refund does not appear, please contact your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable
